My Story
Have you heard the phrase that picture tells a story? Well here goes … the first picture I have uploaded is me four years ago when I broke my leg in two places; the second picture is me doing my first charity walk for the NHS, two years after breaking my leg, and the third picture is me last year when I completed my 5-mile charity walk for Cancer Research UK. I don’t even know if I will complete the new task I have set. This will be a massive challenge and will push me to my limits! All I can say is I will put in the effort to do my 35-mile walk – if you could sponsor me for doing this, that would be amazing. Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page. The money I raise will help fund life-saving research and bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. I have previously done charity walks for the NHS and Cancer Research UK. Once again I have decided to do my walk for Cancer Research UK as it’s such a worthy cause. My beloved dad died of cancer, as did my much-loved sister-in-law.
