My Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to walk 100 miles in October to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page. My story is really close to home & breaks my heart knowing there is only one end result. Like many people I am dealing with a loved one suffering through this horrendous disease but trying my best to make sure every second counts. Having a very special person so close to me dealing with incurable cancer is what nightmares are made of - but I want to do my part to make other peoples nightmares in the future come with a brighter outcome! Help me help others by raising money for Caner Research UK and let’s make sure there is a better future!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
