My Story
On the 10th August 2018 our life’s changed forever when we were told my nana had cancer on her kidneys. On the 1st of September my nana was admitted into The Western General where they were going to build her up and give her an operation to remove the cancer but sadly on the 4th of September my nana’s health deteriorated. 10 to 3 in the morning on the 5th of September my nana took her last breath’s holding my hand surrounded by her loved ones. She was an amazing woman, an inspiration to all & I want to take the opportunity to make her proud. Did you know that just £20 covers the cost of running cancer chat for one hour, £30 covers the cost of running a cervical cancer trial for one day and £80 buys a Bunsen burner which can help scientists to ignite ground breaking research. This is for those who have lost their fight to cancer, those who have fought cancer and won and those who are still fighting the battle.
