2018 Brighton Marathon

My Story
On the 15th April 2018 I will be running the Brighton Marathon (my first marathon!) for Cancer Research UK. This is an amazing charity producing vital research to help us fight cancer. Their research has already contributed to survival rates doubling in the past 4 decades (from 1 in 4 to 1/2) and they aim to accelerate progress so that by 2034 3 in 4 patients survive the disease. Your support will help me get through the marathon on race day and will help us beat cancer sooner!
CAUSE

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
