My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This January I’m taking on Dryathlon® and raising money for Cancer Research UK. Cancer has affected us all in one way or another -as most of you know it has affected me quite deeply on a personal level. Losing anyone to this awful disease is tragic and let’s be honest – there is no cure on the horizon. Whether you are one of these people that thinks one will never be found because of the amount of money involved in treating the disease or that it’s “God’s Divine Will”. You can’t deny – it’s a bastard. So I hope the money I raise will go some way to help treating sufferers and keep kids with their parents for longer, husbands and wives together for longer and along the way if I give my liver a breather after the Christmas Festivities – BINGO!!! So spare man a little change for a good cause people – when I say even if you have a pound going I’ll take it – I mean it!!!!
