I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to kick cancers arse!!
Hello, So myself my two beautiful babies Albie & Betty, family, friends and their beautiful children have decided to complete the 5k race for life this year. Unfortunately this has become personal as I was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkin’s lymphoma at the end of January, for those of you that don’t know as I didn’t it’s cancer of the blood. I’m extremely lucky in the fact I have a 90% survival rate, some people are not as lucky as me. I feel very strongly that events like these massively help in the research for cancer as if this was 50 years ago my outlook wouldn’t be so good! As they say any little helps so anything you are able and willing to part with would be appreciated very much!
