My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why we're taking part in a Race for Life Schools to raise money and save lives. Year 6, who are organising this event, know just how vital the work of Cancer Research is and want to raise as much money as possible for this fantastic charity. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor us now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK. KS1 are running half a mile (3.125 laps) and KS2 are running 1 mile (6.25 laps).

CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
