Halloween spinathon 1st November 2019 7.30pm -9.30pm (Please be there for 7pm to set up bike relevant paper work filled out) Minimum fundraising requirements to participate Fancy dress (Halloween Themed) £20 Plain Exercise Clothes £40 If you are sponsoring a person please mention the persons name on the note of the donations. Also if you participate its highly advisable to bring 2 bottles of water and a hand towell and be well hydrated prior to the event on the day. Eat something starchy 60-90mins before ie a banana A bit about Sean Hi my name is Sean I work as a fitness professional at various clubs and studios in London. One of the classes I teach is spin and we always have alot of fun and get VERY SWEATY :) My experience of Cancer has been My Dad had Cancer and thank God (and all the good work the NHS did) He beat it and he's still here with me today and for this i'm eternally grateful. My Mum had a form of blood cancer and sadly passed away in 2016 after a 5 year fight with it. My mum was always the life and sole of the party and enjoyed music and large gatherings as these classes are so full of energy (just like my Mum Peggy) I felt it would be fitting to do this type of fund raiser with the help of KiKi a fellow fitness professional We are grateful for all support received We have previously run spinathons @ Gurnell Leisure Centre not only did we raise over £3000 but a great time was had by everyone there
