1000 mile bike ride in 24h

This year I will be taking part in a challenge in aid of Cancer Research UK. A group of us will ride on stupidly cheap and wildly inappropriate motorcycles from Land’s End to John O'Groats in 24hrs on the longest day of the year. There may be some pushing required. Bikes must have been bought and prepared for no more than £600, there will be no motorways visited during the course of the day. A roads, B roads and a short ferry only!
