To celebrate SP Energy Network's partnership with Glasgow Warriors, SPEN are delighted to host the 2019 Touch Rugby Championship in aid of our national charity partner, Cancer Research UK. ScottishPower employees are invited to play in a fun-filled 'Tartan Touch' rugby tournament on the Warriors' home pitch in Glasgow on Friday 30th August. One in two people in the UK will get cancer in their lifetime and Cancer Research UK is leading the fight against all 200 types of cancer. Our relationship is one we’re committed to because together we have the energy to help beat cancer sooner.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
