3000 Pages in November
My Story
I’m joining Cancer Research’s Read Every Day Challenge in November, but with a bit of a twist. I’m setting out to read 3000 pages by the end of the month, roughly 100 pages a day! To help you visualise that, that’s roughly the equivalent of reading The Great Gatsby 17 times over, or the Bible 3 times over. And to make things that little bit more challenging, I won’t be counting graphic novels or audiobooks. Those of you who know me personally will be aware that cancer is a bit of a recurring antagonist in my family, so this is a cause that's very close to my heart. If you were thinking of getting me a birthday gift this November, I’d massively appreciate it if you’d consider supporting this fundraiser instead. If just 4 people match my donation of 1p for every page I read, we’ll hit the donation goal of £150 which is enough to fund a team of researchers for half a day. Please consider pitching in— or, if you’re not in a position to donate, sharing this fundraiser to help get the word out! A massive thank you in advance to anyone considering supporting or sharing; it truly means the world.

CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
