My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. My Nanna Joan had cancer she was a fighter and made it my grandad had sadly passed away with cancer before I was brought into the world, I am not part of a team I been training to do this run since 2018 as you can see from the photo. the reason I am doing this to raise money to beat cancer, due to the pain it brings to our loved ones. since being told I had Autism at 22 years of age, I live to help people that need help the most.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
