I'm taking part in a Very 2020 Race for Life to help beat Cancer.

My Story

I will be running the Race for Life to raise money for Cancer Research UK. 2020 is a very tough year to have or know someone with cancer and this is my way to show love and support to those who are struggling. As well as running the Race for Life, I have also decided to run the 60 miles in September challenge! (I may regret this by September 😅). I would really love to raise awareness and fundraise for Cancer Research as Cancer is something that has affected my family. My aim is to raise £63.11 for Cancer Research ( a pound per mile I will be running). Thank you for all the love and support. Xxx We won’t let 2020 stop us.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
