Participating in the Race for Life for the third year in memory of our dear friend who was like a third grandmother to me and who passed away in May 2017. She has known my family for over 55 years and as this terrible disease also took my grandfather in April 2013, feel very strongly about supporting all the work that Cancer Research do. I volunteer 3 or 4 times a year for Cancer Research as well. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
