My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. Running to celebrate the fact my dad beat cancer and in memory of my awesome gramp - who sadly lost his battle against cancer and is still missed everyday. I struggled with 5k last year so thought why not go for 10k this year.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
