My Story
This year I’ve decided to take part in race for life again💗 For everyone who’s lives have been affected in one way or another by cancer, for the people who keep a smile on their face to help support and care for those most vulnerable. And most of all for my nana who beat cancer 💗 ——————————————————- Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
