My Story
My sister Lois and I have decided to do the Race For Life this year in aid of our Late Grandad. We sadly lost Grandad in February this year who battled not only the stage 4 cancer but serious heart problems as well. He was the heart of our family, we miss him hugely and always will and we feel this is a small thing to do in his honour. We are also running, as we have before, for our Nanna Pat who passed away of Cancer when she was much younger at just the age of 45. We are hoping to raise a little money to go towards helping develop the technology and research needed in order to beat Cancer, and we would be grateful for any support or sponsorship, as even the smallest amount makes a huge difference.
