My motivation is my lovely family and especially my beautiful little girl. ?
I last did race for life in 2008 and 2009 while my mum was poorly with breast cancer. She was so brave and a fighter and battled through it and is my motivation today and always. Now another person close to me, my future father in law is facing his own battle. I know he will be brave and a fighter too and he has us all round him to help him. This is why I am now racing again, for him who has the battle in front of him, my mum who has fought it and for other loved ones who are no longer here. Also I now have my gorgeous Hollie who is so precious to me so I want us to raise as much money as we can so that treatments develop and if she or a loved one ever has to face cancer, their outcome is a lot more promising. Please donate as much as you can as we all have been touched by cancer in some way. Thank you so much. Sophie. xx
