My Story
While I'm here in London, I'm going to be taking part in some of the Cancer Research UK "Race For Life" events. The first of which is in just under 2 weeks, in the form of a 5k in Regent's Park. Mind you, I am not a runner - I hardly run any more... This event involves no barbells, but I am going to be putting on my trainers and going for it because this is an important cause. You don't have to look far in your life to find someone who has been affected by this @*&$#&$^# of a disease. The research being done helps increase the survival rate for different cancers - and even helps develop new treatments for specific mutations. So please do donate and share. (Who knows, I might even go for a 10k in amongst future 5ks.) And London-/UK-based friends, if you want to join me in running (gasping for air) for a good cause, let's do it.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
