My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Most of you know that I have some very good friends who are themselves affected by Cancer, caring for someone who has Cancer or missing someone they have lost to this indiscriminate disease. So, this March I'll be ditching my slippers and living in my trainers to notch up 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner!! Each year in the UK, more than 12,288 people are diagnosed with tumours that start in the brain or elsewhere in the central nervous system. That’s 35 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat brain cancer.
