14th February 2015 was the day my Mumsy was diagnosed with Cancer.
Not even a full year later, and on World Cancer Day February 4th 2016 my little Mumsy lost her fight to this awful disease.
2 Years on and I feel it is time I did something to give back to Cancer Research UK for all of the work that they do in trying to combat this disease that affects so many of us in one way or another.
Anyone who knows me, knows that whilst I am fairly active and in relatively good shape - I am NOT a runner! This will be a real struggle for me, and so I ask from the bottom of my heart for your support.
