My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. This will be my first 5k run and the reason i am doing this is to make my grandmother proud and give me that sense of achievement.This run is for my grandmother who got diagnosed at christmas with 3 different types of cancer. Any donations would be greatly appreciated to my family. Even though there is no cure we are doing our best to give her the care she needs to be comfortable. We are not only running for this but to also raise money to find a cure for this cruel disease that kills many and ruins many families lives.
