Simon's Race for Life

On Sunday 28th May 2023 Team Willowbourne (comprising of Evie and Jacob the dinosaur!) will be taking part in the kids Race for Life Pretty Muddy.Followed shortly after by (Si, Lisa and Kyan) in the adult 5km race to raise money for Cancer Research in the hope we can help towards saving lives of people affected by this awful disease. To keep it light-hearted and make ourselves look silly, we have all teamed up with the cancer research pink and purple theme, of which we hope by the end will be more like a shade of brown!! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and this is something we as a family have been affected by personally, all sides of the extended family (Mum B, Granpops C, Uncle D, Lisa, Ray, Grandad H). Every single pound you can donate, however big or small could really make a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor us if you can.We will post pictures after the race so watch this space!
