I am running to raise money which will help find and fund life saving care and research.
My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to be doing the Run 100 Miles Challenge this February to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. In my life I have seen too many of my close friends and family sadly pass away because of cancer. Dad, Tracy, Si Brown, Gary. I couldn't do anything to help. Recently, one of my best friends, Michelle Newte, was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer and this, for me, was the final push to get up and do something. I am running in memory of those no longer with us and to help those who are living with cancer. Please, if you're able to, donate. No amount is too small and it WILL make a difference. I will be grateful for every penny. I couldn't sit back anymore. Also remember to check yourself, many cancers can be treated if caught early enough.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
