My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day mostly with m dog, Buster, throughout the month to help beat cancer. Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by making a donation to my page. My hero of an uncle sadly lost his fight in 2018. I idolised him my whole life, he was like the rock star of footballers to me and he was my uncle! He was always healthy and fit, so the diagnosis came as such a shock to all of us. As I walk every step in March with my dog, I will be thinking of him and his family. I also lost a dear friend Sue, back in NJ. I shall also be thinking of her two sons and husband. As I am getting older I am being confronted with cancer more and more and it seems like it is affecting more people in some way or another. In fact one in two people will be diagnosed with one form of cancer at some point in their life. Please join me in making a difference by making a donation.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
