My Story
Thank you for visiting our page. All of us have been touched by cancer - some of the stories have a happy ending but others don't. We want to see a world where there are more happy endings, more survivors of cancer and more tomorrows with our families and friends. SidStock started in 2009 as a means of bringing together our love of music and our friends and has been growing ever since. It's about getting together, having fun and for everyone to have the chance to enjoy live music and to give it a go. We've chosen not to charge for the event but to instead make it a fundraiser for Cancer Research UK in memory of Sid's dad and the others who have lost their lives to cancer. CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
