My Story
I got cancer 7 years ago --- but a routine mammogram probably saved my life. So I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and maybe hopefully help save lives. Too many of my dear friends, and friends of friends, are dealing with cancer and its aftermath. Cancer Research is crucial to prolong happy healthy lives post-diagnosis, as well as to prevent cancer starting in the first place. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
