Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. Back in 2009 my beautiful mum got diagnosed with breast cancer which was not only a massive shock but a eye opener in many ways, what seems like a blur 10 years have gone by so quick and my real life superhero beat cancer!!! We couldn’t be any prouder of you mum..
CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
