My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k in Taunton on 10th October 2021 to raise money and potentially save lives. I have been lucky enough to see my husband Bill benefit from some of the ground-breaking research & developments that have happened over the past years. Without donations and fundraising this may not have been possible. So I am doing my bit to raise some funds to keep the opportunities and research going to help anyone who may be touched by cancer now and in the future.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
