I will be taking part in the Race for Life for a second time in order to raise money in memory of my Grandma, Letitia Canlas, who sadly died from breast cancer.

Cancer Research is a charity that is very close to my heart as I unfortunately lost my grandma 16 years ago to breast cancer. In an effort to support Cancer Research and their excellent work, I will be participating in the Race for Life on the 28th of July for the second time! On my first run, I was able to fundraise £640 with a mere target of £200! However, this time around, I want to match £640 and see if I can raise upwards of £800!!! Please support the cause, not just for me and my grandmother, but for all the mums, grandmas, friends, sisters and aunties out there!

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
