My Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our fundraising page. Michaela’s story - I’m walking in honour of my dad and Nan , who both passed away due to cancer , my Nan passed away last july due to cancer we found out in the April it was a short fight to cancer , my dad found out he had cancer in four places in may and on December the 29th he lost his battle I cared for my dad did everything I could to support him and the staff from Marie curie was amazing care works and couldn’t thank them anymore for the care and support my dad received Nicolle’s story- a relative had suffered from ovarian cancer and was one of the few that survived. My friend is currently battling breast cancer.
