Getting into fitness this year!!! and what a lovely incentive to raise some money for CRUK. Having helped raise money for CRUK these previous few years through my Slimming World Groups, (with the change boxes, The Big Slimming World Clothes Throw campaigns and the groups Walk All over Cancer/Race for Life events), Ive decided to now take on Fitness February!! an epic 28-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK.
Please help me raise money to fund life-saving cancer research by sponsoring me. I have supported many members over the years who have had their struggles with Cancer, either before joining my group, or even being diagnosed whilst on their weight loss journey...some going though it right now.....and I would love to raise some money to help this fantastic research.
I will aim to do a minimum of 30 mins exercise every day.
