My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. To raise awareness on behalf of everyone who has suffered/ are suffering with this awful disease, especially on behalf of my amazing best friend Annabel who no matter what stays positive. Keeps fighting every day but also does all she can for others. A mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a friend we all love and need her. The more money we can raise, the more research we can carry out and hopefully put an end to the ongoing hurt and pain cancer causes. This could save you or a loved one. Please spare anything you can as every little really does help!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
