My Story
Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page. The money I raise will help fund life-saving research and to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. So this didn’t take a lot of thought, all of us have at some point been affected in one way or another by cancer, some more close to home than others, however it’s something that’s going on 24/7 in peoples lives. Recently has made me realise how important it is for people to be diagnosed asap and treated asap for the best chance for not only them but all the people around them to get the best outcome. So because of this, I decided I wanted to raise money towards cancer research. Il be doing a skydive in order to raise this money. I’d never do anything out of my comfort zone by choice, but seeing as many cancer patients don’t have a choice either it’s only fair. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
