Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. Myself & some of my clients have to decided to take part in the race due to the loss & suffering of loved ones, I will be holding small group training @Rise Preformance & also @Loughshore in the better weather with proceeds going to charity please support me & my team by donating or joining our team the more the merrier. 💪🏻🏃♀️🏃♀️ TOGETHER WE GET FIT & TOGETHER WE BEAT CANCER. 🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀
