I'm not a natural runner and dreading this, but this is a cause close to my heart, most recently because of my lovely friend Joanne who has had her world turned upside down in just a few short weeks. So I'm doing this with her, and all our amazing friends. Please help to this cause, it does such good to those suffering with this awful disease, dig deep, any amount adds up xxxxx
