My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Cancer touches many peoples lives and it’s pretty crappy for everyone involved. However it makes you appreciate your loved ones, both friends and family. You love, laugh and cry a little bit harder than you used to, appreciating the time you all have together!! Let’s raise funds so we can all have more good times together xxx

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
