My Story
I have lost many family members and close friends to Cancer. I'm going to be Cycling & Walking 250 miles through August in aid of cancer research. Though our lives may seem to be on hold at the moment, there is one thing that hasn’t stopped and that’s cancer. To make sure people get the support they need during these unprecedented times, I'll be taking part in the Race for Life at Home. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
