Shannon's Veg Pledge
I have decided to be a vegetarian this November not only to have a healthier lifestyle but to also raise money and awareness for Cancer Research UK.
In memory of
Nana Lorriane, Gary and Great Grandad Jim.
Hello! Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This November I've decided to become a vegetarian and I'll be giving up meat/fish for a whole month which will be a challenge for me considering I love eating meat/fish and always love a bacon sandwich! But I know that I can complete this challenge by doing so to raise money for Cancer Research UK and helping to beat cancer sooner. I am becoming a vegetarian this November not only to just stop eating meat/fish but also to help raise money for a Charity that means well to my heart. For the last nineteen years I have been alive, myself and my family have been effected by Cancer by three family members who sadly passed away because of it and these people who mean so much to us are missed every single day and this is why I want to raise money so that one day we can together find a cure and beat Cancer! For everyone who is reading this, I want to ask you one thing and that is will you help support me for a great cause and any donation is greatly appreciated! The money I raise will help fund life-saving research to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Thank you again for spending time reading through my story and visiting my page. Shannon x
