My Story
1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. My younger sister who now would have been 19, sadly passed away from cancer when she was 2. I know how hard that time was for my family, especially my parents. Loosing a child at a young age like that is terrible. I had no idea about what was going on because I was only 3 but now looking back at it, I get very emotionally as she didn’t deserve to loose her life at such a young age and not get to live and experience life to the fullest. My aunty sadly found out she had a tumour in her face last year. For my family it was one of the hardest news anyone’s ever had to hear. She’s a strong, brave and inspirational women. She got a operation in her face and is slowly getting better and the scars and swelling are slowly going. She kept a brave face on and didn’t want anyone around her to feel sadness. I’m trying to raise money as this is a charity I’ve always wanted to raise money and do something for. It’s my first time raising money for a charity and I’m just hoping I could spread more awareness and raise my target goal or even more. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Cancer is dangerous. It brings so many bad feelings and times to peoples live. Anyone that is battling from cancer is a brave individual and you’re so strong! R.I.P to all the beautiful souls we lost due to cancer and there angels up above looking down on us all 😇💞
