I’m Standing Up To Cancer and raising money to fund clinical trials and save lives

Last year me, Joe and some of our volunteers raised money for Stand up 2 Cancer by doing a sponsored walk round Edinburgh calling into our shops collecting money to help beat cancer sooner!

This year where going to be walking from Cancer Research UK Corstorphine Superstore in Corstorphine to Princess Street in Edinburgh and getting our heads shaved to show we can stand up to Cancer for a mother year!

Yet again we'll be dressing up with our tutus and wigs to draw as much attention as possible and we'll also be doing the walk with our giant fur babies Roo, Reeve & Hunter the Great Danes.

We want to raise as much money as possible again for this brilliant cause to stop this deadly disease in its tracks and stop the suffering of families and loved ones!

Cause

Stand Up to Cancer: LIFE-SAVING RESEARCH

100% of the money you raise goes towards speeding up life-saving research. Every day, scientists and researchers work tirelessly to beat cancer. But lab researchers will not get us there alone. Every penny raised helps speed up breakthroughs in the lab, transforming them into new tests and treatments for patients who need them. The research you fund will help us see 3 in 4 people in the UK survive their cancer by 2034.
