Everyone is affected by cancer, either themselves or a close friend/family member. If running (and a large amount of walking) just over 13 miles can help towards a cure, then it's got to be done! Cancer Research UK are an amazing charity and having volunteered and worked with them before, it is going to be even more rewarding.

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
