Not too muddy!

For my info: Boy, that was hard. Not training wasn't a good idea! Always forget how far it really is, especially across a windy common. Did a decent time (31m) so can't be too disappointed.

Looking forward to running today. Thankfully the weather has changed and it won't be so hot. Had no training so I'm just going to have fun.

I'm still recovering from a fall but I should be fit (ish) and ready for the race. I can't wait to get muddy!
