In memory of
Sean Stewart Bailey Sumner
5th Feb 1964 - 5th May 2018
Sean was born on Wednesday 5th February 1964 at Pembury Hospital at 5:35am. He grew up to be a Man full of wisdom and kindness who would do anything for anyone. Especially his Mum, Rosemarie. Brother, Philip and Daughter, Carrie. Sadly on the 5th April 2018 he was diagnosed with Oesophageal Cancer; with secondary's to his Liver and Stomach, after months of neglect from his GP with severe symptoms. It took him collapsing and being taken to Hospital before any significant tests were taken to reach his diagnosis. After fights, battles, amazing strength and courage Sean sadly lost his fight and passed away on Saturday 5th May 2018 just one short month after. The life that has been lost in Sean has left a hole in so many lives. Family, Friends and Colleagues. Because of this we want to give to those who are able to further the research into this horrendous form of Cancer. To make this possible we are keeping Sean's name and legacy alive. Every event and fundraiser will be for Sean; we aim to pass the knowledge of the symptoms and treatment to help prevent others from misdiagnosis and receive the best possible help and care they need.
