He was advised to take a year off work but he was back in work after three months. September 2016 we got told that the cancer was back in my Dad's spine. He underwent radiotherapy. 10 November 2017 Dad was having a camera down the oesophagus and my husband Rich was having a scan to see if he had testicular cancer. Both was diagnosed with cancer the same day. The cancer was back in my Dad's oesophagus. 17 November 2017 Dad and Rich was having an operation, Dad to have a stent put in and Rich to remove the tumour. All of this when I was 6 months pregnant. 8 January 2018 Rich started chemotherapy for three weeks, he stayed in Alaw Ward for three days. Dad was still a patient in Alaw, he had been in for 8 weeks. The cancer had come back on his spine and effected his walking. 8 February 2018 Rich had blood test, the results were clear and will be having these tests now every two months for the next year. 11 February 2018 Anni Lois arrived at 3:34pm, Rich felt well enough after the chemotherapy to be at the birth. My Dad was allowed to come up from Alaw Ward in a wheelchair and had cuddles with his first grandchild. 17 February 2018 at 2am, my Dad passed away in Ysbyty Gwynedd after 13 weeks of being a patient. Mae'n pwysig rhoi pres i achosion fel hyn. It's important to donate to these charities to find cures for this disease. Sara
