Jo, Jess, Rachael and Sara are running the Hereford 5K Race for Life! In a bid to get fit we decided to sign up for a 5K race - a distance that will be a challenge we will spend the next 5 months building up to. We love the sentiment of Race for Life and having lost loved ones to cancer we couldn't think of a more worthy cause to raise money. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
