I'm taking part in The Race for Life at Home to help beat cancer

In memory of

Sharon. A wonderful friend and mentor

10 years ago I ran (well OK, walked) for Race for Life with a dear friend who lost her battle with cancer in 2019. This time I will run the 5k instead of taking a leisurely stroll. I entered this on a total whim after aimlessly scrolling through Facebook whilst hiding from my kids! But I took it as a sign to mark the 10 year anniversary of my last attempt. Hope I do it justice and make my friend proud!

After a year where vital cancer trials have been delayed, the Race for Life is more important than ever.
That's why I'll be taking part in the Race for Life at Home. Every pound you can donate will go towards Cancer Research UK’s ground-breaking work, so please sponsor me today!
