My Story
I’m taking part in Race for Life this year for my birthday, choosing to celebrate by giving back to a cause that means a great deal to me. Cancer has touched my life in deeply personal ways. I lost my father when he was just 44, and last year I said goodbye to a close friend, a much-loved cousin and a colleague far too soon. These losses are a constant reminder of how important it is to support research, care, and hope for those affected. Instead of gifts, I’m asking for donations, whatever you can give, to help fund vital work that makes a difference. Thank you for supporting me, and for helping turn something personal into something positive.

All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
