My Story
My sister Hannah was diagnosed in November 2019 with Breast Cancer. She is the one who has wanted me to be with her to do this challenge to help the cause of finding the answers to this illness. She is going to do the race herself too as long as she is well enough. So this is a way in which I can support her in this journey of having treatment and recovering from her own illness. So we are going to try and help her through her treatment for the next few months with getting ready for this event. Given that my former mentor was diagnosed with Brain Cancer back in 2016 and died just 13 months later and I was fortunate enough to accompany him to his death. Every pound that is donated will go towards the research into how this illness can be treated. 1 in 2 people will have a cancer diagnosis in their life. We need to work together to overcome the unknowns of this illness. I would be so very very grateful if you could support me through this. If you can financially even better, but moral support would be amazing! If you can be there to cheer us on that would amazing or consider joining us. If praying is your thing, we would really appreciate that support too.
