My mum and nannan
My Story
Myself and my 6 year old daughter Ava are taking part in the 5k Race for Life in memory of my mum, her nannan and family and friends currently fighting the big painful fight. We lost our special lady to a very rare cancer called the Krukenberg Tumour. The more money raised the more can go into the research of finding a cure for this deadly disease. We have loved and lost family and friends over the years but we also have survivors and that wouldn't be possible without Cancer Research, which is why we are taking part to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
